I found a bunch of bugs and complained, but they didn’t refund me and acted dismissive; the overnight staff was nowhere to be found, forcing me to wait an hour for any help, so I’d rather sleep in the woods than stay here again.

I never stayed the night, fled the mother‑in‑law and her boyfriend with my family, yet the staff were friendly and the place was clean; I wish I could get a refund for not actually sleeping there.

I had a confirmed reservation, yet when I arrived the night manager said her computer was down and my booking was cancelled; after driving 10 hrs in the rain I left disappointed, and this place is definitely a warning to buyers.
