Very disappointed. There was a mistake with the hotel booking, we tried to resolve it with Booking, which was supposed to help us manage it. Booking tried to contact the accommodation many times to explain and negotiate the payment issue. No way to get in touch, no response, and we couldn’t get a refund. 500€ wasted because we didn’t stay. Worse, they kept it without giving any answer. If you have a problem, know that they won’t take responsibility or help you. They never pick up the phone or assist when you have an issue.

The only positive thing was the location. The place (a miserable, cramped room that the photos don’t reflect at all) was definitely dirty, poorly maintained, lacking soap or other accessories. Reception staff were nonexistent; we had considerable trouble finding the entrance marked by a heavy metal door with no clear signage. Another. hot water was insufficient for two people.

I had a great stay at this property. It’s centrally located and excellent for moving around the city. The rooms are very clean and especially quiet, equipped with all comforts. Kudos to the whole staff.

Complimenti a tutto lo staff . La struttura è posizionata in zona centrale. Vicina ai mezzi pubblici . É pulita e molto silenziosa .dotata di tutti i comfort .l’Host è gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza
