Close to the metro, the neighborhood is very peaceful, clean, and well equipped with a very well optimized space. Easy to access. The exterior light doesn’t come through the window, so the apartment is quite dark, and the mattress feels a bit firm.

駅からの近さは良かった. ・お風呂がカビだらけだった。1番不快だったポイント ・用意されたタオルが古くて汚い、百均に売ってるようなやっすい雑巾みたいなやつだった ・部屋が暗かった ・冷蔵庫がしょぼかった ・部屋の壁にゴキブリの糞の跡がいくつもあった ・清掃員が日本人ではないのだろうか、全体的に掃除が不十分だった 一言で言うと本当にクソな宿
Top Lage, super schöne gemütliche und top ausgestattey. Kein Personal verhanden, musste meinen Schlüssel selber im Abstellraum suchen. War aber auch eine Ausnahme, weil das autonamtische Türschloss kaputt war

When I booked a budget hotel I expected a basic level of cleanliness, but the shower was covered in pink and black mold. I tried to contact the hotel and got no reply for several days. Dust was everywhere—in the vents, on the floors, and on the couch pillows. The extra bedding was missing linens and was full of yellow stains. The overall cleanliness of the place was completely untrustworthy.

The room was clean and spacious, giving the impression that there was plenty of room to spread out, especially considering the price. The stovetop was nice. I extended my stay at the last minute and there was no problem. The only downside was that there were hardly any outlets in the room. They supplied a kettle, but the only outlet was in the bathroom sink or the bed. A few coffee or tea options in the room would have been nice, I guess.
