Breakfast wasn’t even an option, and there were too many messages and confusing communication about the booking, which was very annoying.

The place was awful. The room was filthy, missing soap, hand wash, and any bathroom supplies; hot water was absent even though the tap showed it. The gym outside kept blasting music loudly early in the morning and late at night, which was maddening. The air‑conditioner worked inconsistently and I had to keep fiddling with the temperature. They charged me 2000 INR for a lost room key card, a fee not mentioned in any policy. My stay was just one night, the nightly rate was almost 1900, and they still added 2000 for a key card that was never a physical key but a reusable card that never changed when guests checked in—an obvious security lapse. I would not recommend this place.
