The place was calm, clean, and the equipment was entirely sufficient for me. The independent, non‑disruptive exit, stove, and warmth were everything I could ask for. The only complaint is that the room is farther from the station than declared on Booking, which is the sole issue that dampened my stay.

I got a tiny but tidy room, with a double bed for the next guests on the attic floor; the mattresses are tossed on the floor if you want to sleep on them. It took about an hour to get a call back from the lady who would be there, and she was only available during the check‑in times listed on the booking.

The host was friendly and welcoming, giving me full privacy. From the window I could see the mountains, and the station is about a 17‑minute walk away while Biedronka and a 24/7 pharmacy are roughly 15 minutes on foot. The area is quiet, insects are absent, the room stays warm, and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is functional, located right by the room entrance, with constant hot water. The TV works well, offering many channels plus YouTube and Netflix. There’s a large wardrobe with plenty of space, a bathroom cupboard, and the bed is comfortable and undamaged with clean linens. No unpleasant smells in the bedroom. The price is lower than more modern places at a similar distance from the station, so I think the value for location and quality is good. The only downsides were the lack of a frying pan, very dull knives, an occasional foul odor from the bathroom pipes, and a slightly squeaky floor on the upper floor that only bothers guests who jump around.
