The location is great, close to I‑95, a gas station, and several quick‑meal restaurants, making it suitable for a one‑ or two‑night stay. The sofa had pet hair and there was a dead adult cockroach in the middle of the room. Fortunately my wife wasn’t there.

The convenience of grabbing coffee and a quick bite in the morning was appreciated. They didn’t keep the breakfast area stocked when supplies ran out.

The spot is spot‑on, the pool was fantastic, breakfast hit the spot, and the staff were genuinely helpful and kind.

The AC was unreliable, the building felt run‑down, check‑in dragged on, mold plastered the walls, the sheets carried a cigarette odor, and a drunken man screamed from 2 am to 6 am.
