I appreciated the welcome prosecco, the spacious room and bathroom, and especially the huge shower box. The breakfast was good, offering a decent selection of sweet items, though the savory section could use a lot of improvement. A major issue was the reception management; multiple times I had to wait several minutes just to retrieve keys I had left before leaving, even when staff had clearly seen me arrive and wait. The most unpleasant incident happened when I asked to let someone stay in the room for a few hours without overnighting; the receptionist, with an attitude I felt was almost aggressive and unprofessional, told me they could hold the room for only 10‑15 minutes. That way of handling the situation felt very unwelcoming and below a 4‑star hotel. Even the common areas need more care: the corridors have an unpleasant odor.
