The café was great, the cleaning was excellent, and the staff were courteous; everything else was already perfect.

The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the team was friendly, but I got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes, pressed the elevator alarm and no one answered; I told reception and shortly after, while waiting for the Uber, another group was also stuck in a different elevator that had already stopped. It was a very dangerous situation.
