The place is idyllisch, pure quiet, breakfast very generous, hosts very friendly, they could provide bikes, and it's cheap to get to St. Louis or Meisenthal. Our expectations were fully met, but there is only a dinner menu on weekends, which we missed because we had already departed. We were interested in it, so we went to a nearby restaurant by car.

It was a dreamy spot with kind hosts who always listened to our concerns. The mill had been painstakingly restored over two generations and tastefully decorated; you can see, smell, and feel the love poured into the building. It’s a place that revitalises the soul.
