The room was clean and comfortable, we had a great stay and liked that it was about a 10‑minute walk from the historic centre. We expected mini shampoos and the like, but the room didn’t provide any, and although the price says breakfast is included, that wasn’t entirely true. The owner told us after we arrived that there is a nearby café where you can eat breakfast for 3 €/person.

I liked how the hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to many places and services, and the staff were always helpful and friendly, answering any request quickly and making us feel taken care of. I didn’t appreciate that the room didn’t have bottled water; if we had arrived later when nearby shops were closed, we would have had no way to drink until the next morning, so that should be improved. The towels had stains and there was dust on the floors, indicating the cleaning wasn’t thorough; my brother, who is dust‑allergic, had trouble breathing during the stay, so better attention to room hygiene is needed.

The room was very nice and well furnished, but the hot water didn’t work well and was a bit noisy.

The room was beautiful, welcoming, all new and well furnished; it was quiet and fairly clean. We found several coffee pods in the morning, tea bags, and a pack of croissants for breakfast. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The only flaw that really lowered my rating (I would have given 10) was the shower tap, which was full of limescale and the hose was moldy.
