The staff at the resort were smiling and competent, and the room cleaning was exceptionally good, but the food was bland and repetitive, mostly chicken‑based, with no special dishes for five days. The kids’ cocktails were terrible, there weren’t enough sun‑loungers, and although some renovations were underway, parts of the hotel still looked old and poorly maintained.

The stay went pretty well overall, the staff were helpful, kind and attentive, the room was fairly comfortable, the food varied and the pools were great, but the menu was mostly geared toward German tourists and it was sometimes hard to find available sunbeds around the pool.

“A Wonderful Honeymoon”

First off, a big thank‑you to Nur from sales for making this stay possible, smooth, and perfect; she ensured the bride and groom felt special and celebrated. I booked a room for my newly married niece and her husband to try the all‑inclusive concept, and although I’d never stayed here before, the hotel and staff met my expectations. My niece said, “We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. They surprised us in the room with sweet decorations that we loved, which really made us happy.” The highlight for us was the food: available around the clock, until 11:30 pm, in the main restaurant, pool restaurant, snack bar, patisserie, beach snack, and bar, with a huge variety of fresh dishes daily. Desserts were especially amazing, and the grilled meat was among the best we’d had. Each evening featured themed dinners with special dishes from Japan, Mexico, China, etc., plus a mouth‑watering Turkish buffet; we especially loved the Turkish night with its traditional dishes. The second highlight was the main pool area, which we genuinely adored—it was beautiful and fun, always something to enjoy. The beach was lovely too. We highly recommend the Hammam and massage for a fantastic, relaxing experience, especially for couples. The hotel was very clean, well‑maintained, and everything met high standards. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. A bonus is the surroundings, where you can find bazaar‑style shops and a pharmacy, a huge plus. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

The staff were very nice and polite to us; the manager was very friendly and helpful. All the food was delicious and clean. In the pool, beach, and hotel restaurant there were various dishes on an open buffet. The vitamin and shisha bar had very good shishas; the tobacco was of high quality and the shishas were cleanly prepared. At 20:00 when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a basement room that we didn’t like. Reception said they could show us a room on the 5th floor attic with a balcony, but they told us we would have to pay extra for it. We didn’t want to pay extra because it was the same room, just with a balcony. After a discussion, we were allowed to sleep in that room. The next day we talked with the manager, who was very nice and said we could stay in that room without paying extra.
