I liked the spacious bathroom, the quiet area, and the close proximity to public transport, but there were a few annoyances: a chemical laundry downstairs constantly emitted a strong, sharp odor; the toilet water leaked into the shower, and the shower door was stuck; the floor in the room was only superficially cleaned.
