Cem Sentido - Alentejo Apts Private Pool

The place was calm and pleasant.

The highlight was undoubtedly the pool, which was exceptional and gave us wonderful moments. The downside is that the accommodation is in the basement of the owners’ house, which limits privacy, especially since all outdoor space, including the pool, is shared with them. Some maintenance and cleanliness issues are noticeable: the dishes and glasses are mismatched, the kitchen curtain is quite dirty, and the bathroom towels were stained and worn. In the room, the sleeping pillows and cushions were not in the best condition of hygiene and comfort. Finally, there are discrepancies between what is advertised and what is actually offered. The listing explicitly mentions a “24‑hour reception with staff.” In practice, the lodging is in the basement of the owners’ house and, whenever something is needed, the approach is to knock directly on the owners’ door. Additionally, the listing highlights “free bicycles” (which were never offered or made available) and “free private parking.” In reality, parking is on the street, on public roads where space is available, with no private parking or garage for guests.

The pool was great, everything else was fine, 100 % recommended.

“Calidad precio perfecto”

The pool and the area were nice, but there was little light when going down to the pool and it felt a bit old.

We were lucky to get the pool just for ourselves 😁🤩 fantastic, a spacious area with all amenities, an excellent barbecue with shade, Maria José’s support in everything, and a delightful offer, plus a therapeutic massage 💖🌷
