The room was small yet comfy and spotless. They didn't serve breakfast in the off‑season, but the reception area had a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine, which made it easy to cook. No negatives.

The beds were comfy, rooms clean and fresh. The spot right by the lake is lovely. It's extremely cost‑effective. A renovation would have helped, but with the price you can't really fault it.

The welcome was pleasant when we arrived (the hosts happened to be there). Very dirty. Hairpins and hair left on the shower shelf. Stains from an unknown liquid across the entire bathroom door. Dust in every corner and the TV (an old small thick one) was not plugged in and covered with a thick layer of dust.

During our stay breakfast was not served due to a shortage of staff. A plus was that there was access to a fridge and freezer. No comments. Overall everything was fine according to what I expected for the price.

Missing the ability to prepare breakfast yourself, i.e. stove, sink. Especially since breakfast is not served at the accommodation.
