The park, the view, and the owner’s friendliness looked great on paper and in photos, but the interior felt a bit underwhelming. The place smells damp, there’s mold on the furniture, and the owner’s dehumidifier does little. Despite a recent renovation, the semi‑underground layout needs major insulation work. There’s no TV, and the breakfast is pricey for frozen croissants and industrial jam—disappointing.
