“Awesome!!”
Great spot for exploring Cusco, spotlessly clean, breakfast in the morning was solid. Nothing to complain about.

The noise‑proof windows worked really well. I got stuck inside the elevator twice during my two‑night stay because of equipment issues. The breakfast maître seemed to pay more attention to European and North American guests than to Latin American ones.

Comfort and location were spot on.

The room was spacious, location was EXCELLENT! Staying here was one of the best decisions we made. The staff were very friendly and the service great. They saved us a lot by holding our bags while we headed to Machu Picchu, since we’d be sleeping elsewhere and then back. The rest of the hotel was a lifesaver; on days we arrived late and tired from tours, the food was excellent, and when we just wanted something light to acclimate it was perfect. The room was quiet; we chose a room that didn’t face the street to ensure silence, and it delivered. Highly recommend! The only downside was the lack of lighting inside the shower—maybe add some LEDs—and the water temperature swung wildly between cold and hot when we turned the tap. Other than that everything was great and excellent.

The hotel’s structure (hall and restaurant) was clean to a fault, the service offered solutions to ease altitude effects, and the early breakfast worked because of our Machu Picchu trip. The only issue was the double bed being too small.
