Nothing positive. The reception was unpleasant; my ocean‑view suite turned out to be a room without air conditioning, facing a wall. I had to insist and ask a manager the next day to get the suite.

The front desk staff were friendly and did their best to assist with our excursion issues, but the food was awful—unfit to eat—and the hotel overall was unhygienic. Nothing good about the place, so we had to change hotels.

The staff running the animation were super qualified, talented, and put in a lot of effort; the kitchen had no complaints, offering a variety of quality dishes; servers were very welcoming and respectful, making an effort; cleaning was systematic and flawless; the bar, luggage, security, and pool‑monitoring staff were all professional and courteous. However, the room quality, interior design, mattresses (very old), small TV, poorly arranged cables, and very old lighting were disappointing; the walls were plain white plaster, and the overall hotel quality was undermined by the rooms, which did not reflect the staff’s effort. Room 433, for instance, shared a terrace with other rooms, lacking proper wall separation for privacy. Also, guests should be warned before arrival that the evening events run until 23:00 or 00:00, and the noise can reach their rooms, especially for families with babies or those seeking quiet. Minor improvements: after the restaurant closes at 22:00, a water bottle should still be available—staff said nothing could be done, which is not acceptable; a water bottle should be available until at least 01:00.
