Tout ! Le lieu est incroyable c’est beau c’est calme c’est raffiné ! Les piscines sont top 👍🏽 le personnel est incroyable ils organisent tout à votre convenance comme dans les hôtels de luxe mais en plus sympathique un seul mot BRAVO. Absolument rien

A magical place right in the heart of the medina that offers a bubble of serenity for a timeless stay; the location is ideal for “living” Marrakech, the staff attend to every detail, and the riad provides privacy and comfort with several relaxation areas and spacious rooms.

We absolutely adored our time at Riad Rafaele; from the instant we stepped in we felt more like family than guests, the place itself is beautiful and full of character, but the real magic comes from Ibrahim and Souleiman—warm, helpful, genuinely caring, anticipating needs before we even ask, always offering advice and recommendations, and their smiles never fade 😊; their hospitality feels heartfelt, not just professional, and by the end we felt part of the family, a memory we’ll cherish and will definitely return to whenever we’re back in Marrakech ❤️.

The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, an oasis of peace amid the chaos of the Medina, and what set it apart from other places I’ve stayed at was the hospitality and staff availability—Soulaymane, in particular, was always ready with kindness and made our stay perfect.
