The place was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was good, but the cars aren’t parked in a secure lot.

The location was perfect because I had to be at the hospital early, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep; the room itself was in a quiet spot. I didn't like the shower over the bathtub because the floor was very slippery, and a non‑slip mat in the tub would have been helpful.

The sewer smell coming from the bathroom was awful and spread into the room—unacceptable. On top of that, there was no bread available at 8:30 am for breakfast, and it took an 8‑minute wait to get it. In short, Campanile is over for us.

The staff were friendly, the food tasty, and the overall quality of the meals was solid. The bed was small, the room itself was tight, and the bed wasn’t made properly.
