The original reservation was cancelled despite repeated communication with the hotel, forcing me to make a new one on the spot. The rooms were dirty, the breakfast didn’t match what was advertised, and the fitness and wellness facilities were also subpar; the photos on the website appear to be AI‑generated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“If you are coming to Baku, definitely do not choose this hotel.”

I was shocked by how overpriced this place is; the glossy promotional shots made it look like a high‑end boutique hotel, but the reality was far below even a two‑star standard. The breakfast was terrible, and they added a surcharge for fruit juice despite the steep room rate. The carpets were grimy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the room carried a nasty stench. The overall value is abysmal—don’t be fooled by the old photos; the actual experience is a complete disappointment. If you’re heading to Baku, avoid this hotel.

I woke up to the clatter of table and chair pulls from the breakfast room on the 7th floor, even though I had booked a double room on the 6th; the noise started the morning and stuck around through the night. I had paid the price for a two‑person room, yet my roommate didn’t check in at the same time, so the hotel charged us an extra fee every day for his late arrival.
