I had a wonderful stay at Landmark Pokhara, feeling genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived; the traditional Nepali welcome was a beautiful touch that set the tone, and the staff were super friendly, caring, and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed, which made us feel at home; the hotel’s fantastic location made it very convenient for exploring Pokhara and enjoying everything the city offers, but the laundry service was disappointing—one of my T‑shirts was damaged during laundering, which was frustrating and something the hotel needs to improve; apart from that, everything else about our stay was superb, with hospitality, friendly staff, traditional welcome, and excellent location making our visit very enjoyable; I would still recommend Landmark Pokhara, hoping management takes steps to improve the laundry service, and overall it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

“The hotel must change the broadcast place. This is not suitable at all . Roadside sounds and many crow taking breakfast”

“Excellent property very near to fewa lake and shops too and comfortable stay too”

The place sits in an excellent spot, the staff are courteous, and the food—including healthy choices—is superb, but the foyer feels a bit dim.
