The property is excellent: staff and owners are warm and helpful, rooms are tidy, comfortable, and clean, and the 4th‑floor terrace offers a stunning sea view. Breakfast is varied with quality items from sweet to savory, and the price includes an umbrella and lounge chair just steps away. The location is also great for reaching the city center. I recommend it wholeheartedly and will definitely return. The only drawbacks mentioned were cleanliness, friendliness, availability, and location.

The hotel sits just a 2‑minute walk from the beach and a 10‑minute stroll to the historic center, tucked into a quiet alley so the only noise comes from the garbage truck at 5 am. Free loungers, umbrellas, and bikes were a nice touch, and the 2‑minute walk to them was convenient. The room was simple but clean, with a sea view from the third floor, a large balcony equipped with a table and two chairs, and a very clean bathroom, especially the shower. The owners were friendly and attentive, especially the junior manager. The breakfast was a bit plain; the coffee from the machine was mediocre, but espresso and cappuccino could be ordered without extra charge and were fine. The juices from the machine were overly sweet.

The mattresses are great, ensuring a superb sleep, and the rooms are very clean with a lift available. The umbrella and two loungers or a PPL on the street are included, and for 10 € a day you could also use the parking garage. The 4th‑floor terrace offers a fantastic view, and the old town is a 3‑minute walk away. The only negatives are the lack of insect screens, meaning you can’t sleep or ventilate with the window open and must use the AC, the very thin plastic cups in the bathroom that constantly spill, and the absence of a minibar.
