The staff were friendly and helped fix a problem. The first room we got had a very strong smoke smell that the staff or housekeeping clearly didn’t notice, and the pillows were too thick, making it feel like you were sitting up while sleeping.

The staff were kind, but one room had ants and the air conditioner in the other room wasn’t working, so I didn’t want to switch rooms again.
