The spot is excellent for tourist attractions, the staff are kind and professional, the rooms stay clean with daily housekeeping, and breakfast is a standard buffet with enough choices to kick off a day of history and shopping; Fatih at reception did an outstanding job! The only downside is that the only nearby car parking is public and quite pricey. Otherwise, nothing to dislike.

The location was good but right next to a busy street, so the noise was significant; the employee who arranged the airport transfer was very helpful and nice. The electricity went out one night and the reception staff didn’t inform us, and breakfast offered a very limited selection.

We stayed at this hotel for the fourth time and were very pleased; the location is superb, breakfasts are tasty with plenty to choose from, but if you have a choice, I wouldn’t recommend the “economy” room. We had to take it because the others were sold out. It’s small, lacks natural light (problematic if you need to apply makeup), and the room feels a bit worn.

The décor is attractive and breakfast with a Bosphorus view is superb, plus you can order food to your room from the café; on the downside, the sound insulation is terrible and the price feels justified only by the location and the relatively fresh rooms.
