The place is cheap and the best choice for Nai Thon, the staff are very friendly, there’s a massage room inside, the beach is just a few meters away and a 24‑hour convenience store is directly opposite, the area is quiet, and the air‑conditioning, fridge and other equipment work smoothly and quietly.

The location was convenient and this year the towels were white, plentiful and replaced on request; the room also had a kettle, daily water service and a fridge. However, the pre‑arrival cleaning was poor, the balcony door on the third floor had a gap and wouldn’t lock, which is worrying with valuables inside; the glass and mirrors were dirty, the wardrobe was dusty and not cleaned, and staff didn’t even extend checkout by an hour despite our request. Checkout was at 11 am instead of 12 pm, even though rooms were still free, and they wouldn’t leave a key on request. Housekeeping came during lunchtime when we were returning from the beach, a nearby shop opened, and evenings filled with groups shouting until 3 am, while mopeds roared along the road up to 11 pm.
