I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was completely overshadowed by the state of our room. It looked like a crime scene, with blood splatters all over the bathroom, rugs, carpet, and even the sofa bed. I have photos and videos to prove it, and despite my repeated requests, I still haven't received a refund. The hotel's response has been slow, and I'm hoping this review will prompt them to take action.
“A beautiful Luxurious birthday dinner in the penthouse suite for the weekend. Amazing staff! Marvin and Kaleb were amazi”
I had an exceptionally luxurious stay at this hotel, and I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the high-end amenities and services offered. However, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, which is a testament to the hotel's exceptional standards.
I was drawn to this hotel's fantastic location, which offered easy access to the city's main attractions. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel was still under construction, which detracted from my overall experience.
“Best spot in the island”
The hotel's staff and location were its only positives, but unfortunately, they weren't enough to make up for the disappointing pool and spa hours. The pool and spa closed at 9 pm, which was a huge letdown for us. We were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the facilities, but it was clear that they were not a priority for the hotel. Despite the staff's friendliness and the hotel's great location, we were left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
I was blown away by the luxurious atmosphere and top-notch amenities at this hotel. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, making for a truly unforgettable experience.
