The room was luxurious and the staff were kind, but the hotel’s location near the square was noisy at night with armed youngsters and a blaster that scared us because we thought it wasn’t a toy.

We arrived at Q92 and were upgraded to the Master Suite for free, and the staff and service were absolutely exceptional; breakfast was really nice with a broad variety of options, and the room was stunning and spacious, all in a nicely located spot in the city.
