The facilities were great, the staff very attentive, and I especially want to thank Manager Alonso Bermúdez for his kindness and special treatment; congratulations to Mr. Alonso and the whole team. Everything was excellent.

I liked the personal facilities and the location with views, but the dinner closing time at 7 pm felt too early for me.

This hotel is amazing, with an incredible view of both the jungle and the ocean from every corner. The staff are super nice and helpful, and it’s definitely the best place we’ve stayed in Costa Rica.
