“Would not recommend this hotel”

The location was good. The lobby was completely closed, no coffee and definitely no breakfast room smell. I found cockroaches in the bathroom and I’m not sure if the bedsheets were even clean. I would not recommend staying here; better go down the street and get a cleaner room.

The only thing positive was that parking was outside my room. The website showed pictures of a pool when I booked. I drove 13 hours, so I needed a room. When I arrived, there was no pool. The worst part was the guests above me. All night into the morning they were running, partying, or jumping. I’m not sure, but they were loud enough that the three of us in my room couldn’t sleep at all. I had to drive back another 13 plus hours after having no sleep. It was the worst time ever.

Unfortunately, my room didn't match what was advertised when I booked, which was a major letdown. I felt misled and wasn't happy with the discrepancy. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay.

“Personnel gentil mais hôtel délabré”

I was lucky to get a room at the last minute, which was a relief, but that's where the positives ended. The room was dirty, the traffic noise was incredibly loud, and there wasn't even a blanket to keep me warm. To top it off, there was no pool or breakfast, and when I asked for something to eat, all I got was a cold coffee and a cereal bar.

“Disappointing”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful when I had issues with the air conditioning and TV, which was a big plus. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness - I spotted cockroaches, and the tub, floors, and furniture were all dirty. To make matters worse, the fire alarm started beeping because the batteries were low, and the water was cloudy, which made me hesitant to even drink it.
