Access is fine, the room is spacious, the hot water works, the AC is cool, the TV is on, the pool is large, and breakfast offers many tasty options that kids love. The only issue was the hairdryer outlet in room 1730 that was left loose and the Wi‑Fi was extremely slow; it would help to have a dedicated guest Wi‑Fi per floor.

The hotel staff really went above and beyond, which was great. However, the food wasn't to my taste - coming from the States, I'm just not used to Indonesian cuisine. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the food was a letdown for me.

The hotel's strategic location, directly connected to Yogya Mall and the train station, was a huge plus. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the service was satisfying. That being said, the breakfast selection and quality could use a boost - the food and warm drinks needed a bit more attention.

This place has a fantastic location and great facilities - no complaints there. I didn't really have any issues during my stay, so that's a plus.

Honestly, the hotel is in pretty rough shape and could use a serious renovation. I had a terrible experience with my room door unlocking at 4 am, and the TV quality was subpar.
