The entire complex was very clean and organized; the pool water was at an excellent temperature, not too hot or cold, but the bathroom in our room was a bit lacking in cleanliness and one side of the bed had a deeper mattress, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.

The facilities were very good, we really enjoyed the restaurant where every meal was well served and tasty, but the check‑in was slow, the attendants were unfriendly and had trouble finding my booking that had been made through Booking.

The pools were great, the service and food excellent, but I didn’t like that one day the room wasn’t cleaned, and on the night of the Italian dinner the draft beer wasn’t available.

The service was excellent. All the water was hot and the rain didn’t bother us at all. The food and desserts were wonderful. I just think there should be a better way to dry bikinis and towels in the room—maybe a floor‑level mini‑clothesline.
