The room itself was fine, but the staff left a lot to be desired: the receptionist was unpleasant and hard to deal with, the restaurant staff rarely smiled and some even talked with food still in their mouths, which was unprofessional; the young woman working at the restaurant that night made a very poor impression, and it felt like the owner didn’t care about service standards because the staff behaved however they wanted without accountability, so I was extremely dissatisfied with the staff and they made me feel unwelcome.

Arriving at the hotel at 21:00hrs from the airport, we were left stranded in a foreign country because the staff wouldn’t let us in; they also told us our booking wasn’t approved and that the hotel was fully booked.

Everything was fine overall, but the reception ladies really need to improve their attitude, and I didn’t like how the online booking was coordinated; the lady at reception seemed unaware of the process.
