“GREAT STAY *WILL BE BACK*”

The staff and location were great, the pool was fantastic, and breakfast tasted delicious. The place was always clean and smelled amazing, and I especially loved the Dove products in the bathrooms. The only downside was that at 9:33 am I saw another guest grabbing juice from the machine in the breakfast nook, so I walked over and got a little apple juice. A black woman came out and gave me the ugliest look, then started telling a Spanish girl, “Who left that juice machine on? Don’t leave it on or guests can do whatever they want, you have to turn it off.” I understand the breakfast area might have been closed, but you never make a scene in front of a guest. You should go to the back and talk to the staff privately so guests can’t hear. That was very disrespectful, and she didn’t say anything to the man in front of us. Also, please fix that elevator.

This trip was awful. I was traveling with my son, who has ADHD, and booked a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. When I checked in, the front desk manager told me they had only reserved a room with one king bed. My son is already a teenager, and he wouldn’t be able to sleep if he had to share a bed with someone else, so we barely slept all night. When I went to shower, I couldn’t find a bath mat, and the front desk employee said they were out of them. I filed a complaint with the hotel, and their online customer service representative said they would respond within 24 hours. Perhaps they assumed I was Asian based on my last name, but it’s been over fifty hours now, and neither the representative nor the hotel has responded.

Everything was perfect, and the only thing I’d say is that there’s a lot of food options to try.

“Decent, but would not book here again.”

The location was good, but plastic was everywhere because the building was “sweating”; floors and walls were constantly wet. The lady at the front desk asked what the “reason for my stay” was, which felt a little unprofessional and an invasion of privacy.
