The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was large and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the massages were fantastic; the pool water was warm and clean. The food was somewhat satisfactory, but they could use clearer signage—perhaps mandatory—to help guests know what they're putting on their plate, and the salads weren’t fresh.

The hotel’s central location and large rooms were positives, but the room’s air conditioning didn’t work, it was very hot, the beds were uncomfortable, dinner food was very mediocre, parking was first‑come‑first‑served, and the spa was very basic.

The location and the room were both very good. The food was a bit ordinary.

The service was solid. The parking lot is tiny; if there’s no space you have to stop in the blue zone.
