The Residence Douz

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with flawless cleanliness! The staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive. A big thank you to Chahd for the excellent sand scrub and relaxing massage, and to the spa appointment coordinator for being adorable and very efficient. A wonderful stay we highly recommend! The location was a bit disappointing because we hoped to be surrounded by sand dunes. Another point to improve is the lack of privacy on our terrace, which was too exposed to other guests’ eyes.

“Exceptionnel”

We had an exceptional stay at The Residence Douz! The experience was truly magnificent. The staff were very warm, caring, and available, always smiling, and they greatly enhanced our enjoyment. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing, which was really appreciated for fully enjoying the trip. Everything was in place for a great time. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome, kindness, and professionalism. We’ll definitely return with pleasure!

“Super”

Total change of scenery. The villa suite was so pleasant that it will be hard to go back to regular multi‑storey hotels. The spa was magnificent with staff who took great care. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Worth doing again! The pool was still just a standard one. I’d have liked something more intimate with shaded areas that are more typical of the south.

“Paradise in desert”

We stayed at Residence Douz for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and welcoming, with excellent food and truly outstanding service. The whole team was incredibly friendly and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. A special highlight was the spa. I had an amazing massage – honestly one of the best I’ve ever had! A huge thank you to my massage therapist, Nourhene, who was extremely attentive, professional and skilled. She made the experience truly special. I would also like to personally thank the service manager, Khalifa, and our waiter, Ali, for their kindness, attentiveness and excellent service. Thank you to the entire Residence Douz team for making our four days so enjoyable and memorable. We would happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel!
