The villa is beautiful, the location is good, it’s spacious with a nice view. The only note is that the villa is a bit far and the stairs to reach it are tiring; the staff are cooperative but there is no real effort to clean the villa.

We arrived and left with a flawless experience; the staff were warm, helpful, and quick to respond, and the resort itself was spotless and beautifully kept. We spent two nights in a Deluxe Pool Villa for our honeymoon, and the room was tastefully decorated just for us, which was a sweet detail. The complimentary floating breakfast, a digital photo session, and a custom wooden artwork bearing our names added a personal touch that made the stay even more memorable. Dining was consistently tasty, and the scenery was gorgeous, with stunning views, a river, and a waterfall. We also enjoyed activities like rafting, so we spent both days fully immersed in the resort. The location is close to the main tourist area, and a shuttle runs several times daily. It was a wonderful, unforgettable honeymoon, definitely worth the price, and we’d love to return. Highly recommended!

The hospitality was excellent. Ms Dewi Andeni answered our requests promptly and with a kind attitude, making our stay enjoyable and memorable. The natural scenery inside the compound is breathtakingly beautiful and soothing. The staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. The only downside was that the shower in the bathtub wasn’t working.
