During our two-week stay, we were never once provided with a clean room. The bathroom was out of order, and the toilet wasn't functioning properly. The staff would promise to send someone to clean our room within an hour, but no one ever showed up. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
