“I'll never stay here again. These people are so rude. I'm surprised they stay in business”

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. First of all, the phone didn't even work. The staff was rude and suspicious as soon as I walked in the door. She asked for a credit card with a tone that implied she didn't expect me to have one. She charged me a $100 cash deposit and refused to provide a receipt for it. And if you are a smoker, better go ahead and smoke in your room. They will take your deposit even though you inconvenienced yourself by stepping outside all night. Then, even though you have more time remaining to your stay, call the police for you going back into your room to sit and have a cigarette since they stole your deposit anyway! Rude rude rude

“Wonderful”

I was there for a family reunion and it was not far from were i needed to be it was in a perfect place around anything I needed to do was right there but every time I come to Muskogee I always stay with you all it wasn't my first stay and I will be back thank you. It was not any thing that I didn't like but the fact that I was upstairs and I can't hardly get up and down those stairs but my daughter was with me so she helped me a lot but had never stade upstairs I was always down
