The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help, which made us feel safe—an essential factor! The only issue was that my TV wasn’t working, but everything else was fine. I can’t wait to return.

My stay had its ups and downs. The early morning reception staff, a guy and a lady, were incredibly friendly. However, the hotel's layout was misleading, and the rooms were quite uncomfortable with smelly linens and towels. The night receptionist, Sergio, was completely unprofessional, displaying a rude attitude and disrespect towards customers, which was really disappointing.

If you're looking for a place to rest, this hotel does the job, and it's very clean with a lovely patio. The staff is also very friendly. It's not a luxurious hotel, but it's a nice one, so don't expect too much. However, the internet connection was a major issue for me, especially since I was traveling with kids and it was a crucial aspect for us.
