“Una favola da ripetere”
The welcome from Alessandra and Fausto’s knowledge and culture make everything simply perfect. Nothing negative.
If you picture a spa by reading “wellness,” you’re slightly off. Cominium is a spa for the soul. I chose the place on instinct, looking for a spot to connect with nature and escape mental fatigue. The concept of Cominium and its hosts, Fausto and sweet Alessandra, is about sharing: first with nature, then with others. Cominium is a hidden gem among the green Lazio hills, a tiny village turned refuge for guests, and to get in you need mainly three things: trekking shoes, a desire to socialize, and a heartfelt wish. More than a review, this is a description of what I brought with me: the night silence with crickets, the strain of walking along the river with impossible climbs and crazy descents, forgetting the outside world, Alessandra’s sweets…and especially her peach‑and‑amaretti cake that reminded me of home. Step out of your comfort zone and get lost in nature with respect and a willingness to share.
“Accoglienza, cultura, amore per la natura , importanza dei rapporti umani”
The atmosphere you feel and the spirit that animates the whole welcome project, the enthusiasm with which it’s carried out, help all guests feel completely comfortable and confident they’ll spend pleasant and interesting days in this beautiful valley. Nothing negative.
“Un soggiorno magico nella natura”
Set amid nature, just two steps from Parco d'Abruzzo, the spot is stunning and far from overtourism. The managers are incredibly friendly, kind, and interesting people. The place feels truly magical, and I strongly recommend it for anyone seeking a unique holiday. The breakfast could use more brioches, and there were a few Wi‑Fi hiccups, but nothing that would deter anyone from visiting this beautiful property.
“Se il mondo verrà salvato dalla bellezza allora il Cominium Benessere è già salvo!”
If the world is saved by beauty, then Cominium Benessere is already saved! Fausto and his wife Alessandra are exceptional people both in managing the property and, above all, humanly. Fausto, well‑prepared to give advice on local sights, showed us another part of Italy, off the mass tourism radar but worth seeing from all angles. At Cominium you’ll feel at home, pampered by Fausto, Alessandra, and an outstanding staff throughout your stay. The place is practically a sensory experience, from mountain and valley views to the wild herb aromas surrounding the property, ending with the magnificent cakes and sweets made by Mrs. Alessandra! It’s a spot where body and spirit can find peace, and the welcome bell ritual has a mystical touch that adds extra charm and touches the most sensitive souls. Thanks again to Fausto, Alessandra, and their staff; we’ll carry Cominium in our hearts forever! The only downside: you have to leave!
