The location and the size of the suite were good, but they only cleaned our room once during our four‑night stay, and I had to call to request clean towels because they had skipped our room for no reason.

The staff were friendly, but the back door slammed loudly all night.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offered a clean and quiet environment. The hotel's proximity to work was a major advantage, especially during a snowstorm when I needed to be close by. The hotel's amenities and services met my expectations, and I was able to get a good night's rest.
