Easy access from train station, and nice clean room, a lot of restaurants nearby, good affordable home base for tourist. Nothing

The room size was appropriate. There was no staff present.

The connections were good and the room was very decent for the price. The worst part is the stairs, but if you keep that in mind it’s not a problem.

The location is a 5‑minute walk from the Yamanote line station, with convenience stores like Family Mart and 7‑11 nearby; I’d definitely return without hesitation. The only downside was that early check‑in wasn’t possible, but that’s not enough to deter me from recommending it.
