“Zdecydowanie nie polecam!”

Dram! The service quality is below zero! We received a room of lower standard than what we booked. No invoice was issued even though we provided details via booking. When I paid and told the man that the invoice option was marked, he said he couldn’t issue one. Our visit ended with a refund and leaving the hotel because the man said there were no other rooms of the requested standard available, while booking still had a few left.

The hotel was fine. The staff were very friendly and competent. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day. The food at the restaurant was tasty and presented beautifully. Parking was a disaster – very few spots, almost always taken. During a 3‑night stay I waited 7 minutes, 18 minutes, then 39 minutes for a spot. Nearby shops and residents park there, and the only other options are paid lots. You’ll have to hunt for a spot or pay for parking. If you like wine, there’s practically nothing to choose from even though it says there’s a vinoteca – maybe they’re just starting out and it will improve.

Good location, good price, friendly staff, but the room needs improvement—the badly smelling carpet requires deep cleaning or replacement.

The hotel’s highlight was the event on the premises, and the manager immediately tried to make our stay as peaceful as possible. When we checked in, she looked for a comfortable solution for us. In the evening, we were asked to find a spot in the restaurant even though it was fully booked. That genuinely human approach is a big plus for the hotel. Guests should be warned or informed that a 24‑hour party will take place on site so they can decide whether they still want to use the rooms.
