The site is quiet, clean, and comfortable for families, the facilities are spectacular and well maintained, and it’s a place to unwind without leaving; it is a bit far from Cuenca city.

The staff were courteous, but the room did not meet expectations: it was advertised as “pool and garden view” yet it faced a wall, the fridge made an unheard‑of pipe noise that forced me to turn it off to sleep, the lighting was awful, and the bathroom was tiny.

Perfect for visiting Cuenca if you want something quieter; driving takes 12 minutes to the old town, and the rooms and facilities are very comfortable and complete. Juan Carlos is always attentive and makes the stay even more pleasant.

Destaco la amabilidad con la que nos recibió Juan Carlos, desde el principio hasta el final de nuestra estadía, nos sentimos muy a gusto. como si estuviéramos en casa!. no soy de poner reseñas negativas pero lo único malo dentro de lo bueno, fue que desde el baño salía muy mal olor
