Staying at Chetzeron is a once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience. If you’re considering it, go for it—you won’t regret it. It’s pricey, but worth every penny. Everything is top quality: rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff are amazing and friendly, and the food was the best we ate on our trip. We ordered far too much but didn’t mind because everything was so good. Breakfast is outstanding, with the best croissants ever. The outdoor area is lovely for sunset views, and the cozy bar with a fire is great when it gets chilly. Finally, the view—you’ll keep staring at it and find it hard to leave.

The establishment is absolutely splendid, tasteful, understated, and luxurious, with breathtaking views from the rooms, an excellent restaurant, and very friendly staff. I couldn’t dream of a better place.

“Un super panorama”

The location was good, but I expected absolute quiet and room 18 sits above a ventilation outlet that stays on until 23:00. Also, when I bought a bottle of wine the water wasn’t even supplied. We’re in the heart of the Alps and the water doesn’t come by helicopter.

“In a beautiful spot but could do with some late night amenities and better/more visible description of how remote it”

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot with amazing views, but it isn’t clear how remote it really is. The rooms are very basic and there isn’t much to do. Breakfast was very limited. We arrived late and were not shown around the hotel; we were told there was no spa, pool, or sauna area. There is also no bar or late‑night food, so once you’re there you can’t find anything to eat.

The location is simply spectacular, tucked into the mountains with a breathtaking view; the property is unique, well‑kept, and welcoming. We really enjoyed the peace, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere—an absolutely special experience. Honestly, we found no notable negatives; the stay was truly pleasant and met all our expectations.
