“Ótimo hotel!”
The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were excellent and very friendly, but when getting ready at night the room we stayed in only had a weak warm light, making it very dark and difficult to get dressed, though overall comfort was great.

The hotel was very good and comfortable, well‑located with good service, and the breakfast was fine, but the only downside was that the blankets had an unpleasant smell.

Comfortable rooms, a large bathroom, and good service, but the breakfast could be improved.
I expected better comfort; it’s unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel to lack a mattress for a baby under one year, even though the booking mentioned a crib would be provided, and I had to ask for it myself. The staff brought a crib without a mattress and claimed they had put blankets underneath, creating a gap because there was no mattress. Also, I arrived with a lot of luggage and the attendants were willing to help carry it, but overall I was disappointed with the place.
