“Didn't stay as no safe Parking.”
The parking situation was terrible—parking had to be paid on site, but none were available, and the staff told us to park elsewhere and blocked people in. I refused to stay because of this. The owner then chased me to stay, claiming our money was needed for an elderly man’s survival, called me a racist after saying “good luck with your refund,” and I’m not racist—I just wanted my contract fulfilled. Avoid if you want to avoid conflict, confrontation, and lies.
The hosts were wonderful and helpful, the rooms were spotless and the beds comfy, and breakfast was just right every time. It’s a five‑minute walk from the Tower and you can even park in front of the hotel. I couldn’t stay longer because I had to go home.

The twin ground floor disabled room was very good. The breakfast was great. Parking was a bit tight, the ramp was too steep and the handrail could have been longer
The staff were friendly and the breakfast decent, but the room was very small and one day we were told breakfast wouldn’t be served even though we had paid for it.
You can fault this b&b or its owners as they go above and beyond for there guest. We took ill and asked for heating to be switched on and they did. Breakfast was nice wasnt overly keen on the hash brown as to much oil surrounding it.but they accommodate you if wanting something different. Beds fair and comfy. Hotel clean. Overall hotel clean, could do with an Overall update as some places did see where wallpaper mix matched r half done then painted.could use new toilet essentials like toilet roll holders towel rails. table in our room 2 small and leg wobbly
