It’s built for fishermen, with a boat launch next door, fish‑cleaning facilities, and an electric hookup to charge boat batteries. The housekeeping was excellent and the staff were friendly, except for a tiny problem: ash trays in public areas weren’t cleared.

The bathroom was tiny, but everything else was amazing. The only downside was the bathroom.

This spot feels like a hidden gem for a quick one‑or‑two‑night stay; the rooms are a bit small but perfectly fine, having been recently remodeled and modernized. The bathroom is compact yet spotlessly clean, stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries, and a blow dryer is included. The beds feel like clouds. Each room comes with two chairs, a bureau, and a hanging area for your stuff. I liked the online check‑in that gave me a code for the door—no key needed! Outside, there are areas to relax with a firepit, a gazebo, and even cornhole boards for an evening of fun. Coffee is available in the room and in the common area, which has tables and an ice machine. The exterior could use a little sprucing up, but once we got inside we were very satisfied.
