“Molt bona ubicació”

L'habitació molt àmplia, neta, llits confortables i bany impecable. La nostra habitació quàdruple amb terrassa i bones vistes. L'esmorzar molt bàsic. No justifica la diferència de preu per tenir l'esmorzar inclòs. Es va espatllar l'únic ascensor disponible el que dificulta bastant l'accés a pesar de ser el primer pis

“Posizione ottima, ma rapporto qualità-prezzo sproporzionato”

Il punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la posizione: centralissima e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Tuttavia, il prezzo pagato è risultato decisamente eccessivo rispetto a quanto offerto. Si tratta pur sempre di B&B ma la tariffa richiesta è più in linea con strutture di categoria superiore. La posizione strategica da sola non basta a giustificare un costo così alto a fronte di servizi ed elementi essenziali da tipico B&B. Nel complesso, rapporto qualità-prezzo da rivedere. Il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le aspettative, soprattutto a causa della gestione degli spazi e del servizio colazione. Le camere sono posizionate proprio a ridosso dell'area colazione: la vicinanza comporta continui rumori fin dalle prime ore del mattino, azzerando la tranquillità e la privacy. Il servizio colazione è stato la delusione maggiore: l'offerta era praticamente inesistente, sia per varietà che per quantità. Come se non bastasse, non c'erano nemmeno posti a sedere sufficienti per consumarla, costringendo gli ospiti a situazioni davvero poco comode

“The breakfast experience lets it down”

The location was fantastic right in the central Square and five minutes walk from the train station and Cathedral. The breakfast was a free for all. You had to get down early to get a seat- only two tables of six meaning you had to sit with strangers at a table. Also, you had to get down early for food as the staff spent more time in the little room next door talking to each other than they did filling up the counter and telling you how to use the coffee machines which weren’t obvious
