It's an absolutely disgusting experience, The hotel don't even provide basic water. No power back up. Staffs are not all responsive. They didn't provide the actual property we booked, a far away property given, but same money taken. The so called manager forced to pay full while entering the hotel, all fake promises like we will serve, after the money taken he vanished. Outside food is not allowed, forced to order food from hotel restaurant. Quality of food is just average and price is high. not at all recommended for staying, just a waste of money. We had to check out 1 day before even if paid for it, just couldn't stay

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. When I checked in, the room was in a highly unhygienic state: the floor was visibly dirty, and the washroom/toilet had stains and marks, showing that proper cleaning hadn’t been done. The overall environment was unacceptable and unsuitable for a stay. Because of this, I had to leave the property within 10 minutes of check‑in and urgently book another hotel late at night, which caused significant inconvenience and extra cost. The condition of the property was completely different from what was shown online. I strongly advise anyone to verify this listing, as it does not meet basic hospitality or hygiene standards. There were no positives; the cons were poor hygiene, unclean rooms, misleading presentation, and it was not fit for stay.

Worst experience ever. I paid online through the app, but when I arrived to check in they said the payment hadn’t appeared in their account and demanded I pay again, even though I showed them all the payment details and screenshots. I tried to explain that it wasn’t my fault to sort out the discrepancy, but they were uncooperative. I was there with my family, and they basically harassed us about the issue. I asked them to contact customer care, but they were stubborn. I would give a minus rating for booking this hotel. Everything I didn’t like.
